Refund & Cancellation Policy

At MasterUp (masterup.in), operated by Shree Shyam Entterprises (“Sole Proprietorship”, “we”, “us”, “our”), customer satisfaction is important to us. Because our products are digital courses and downloadable content delivered instantly upon purchase, this Refund Policy explains the limited circumstances under which refunds are available. By purchasing any product or service on masterup.in, you agree to the terms below.
1. Refund Eligibility & Time Windows
Refund eligibility depends on the specific product or package purchased:
1.1. Bundle / Standard Courses: You may request a refund within 24 hours of the original transaction.
1.2. This policy applies whether the purchase was made directly on our website or through an authorized affiliate/referral link.
2. Non-Refundable Products
The following products and services are strictly non-refundable from the moment of purchase, under any circumstances:
- Subscription/membership plans
- Live webinars and workshops
- One-on-one consultations and mentorship sessions
- Add-ons and supplementary materials
3. No Refunds After the Window
Once the applicable 24-hour window has passed, no refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances, regardless of course usage or completion status.
4. Deductions on Approved Refunds
Even for eligible requests, refunds are not issued in full. The following administrative charges are deducted from the original amount paid:

5. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund within the eligible window, email hello@masterup.in from your registered email ID with Subjet Headline- “Refund Request – Your Name”. Your request must include:
- Full Name
- Registered Email ID
- Registration / Purchase Date
- Screenshot of the payment invoice clearly showing the transaction date and time
- Specific reason for the refund
Note: Requests will be rejected if any required detail is missing or if submitted after the eligible window. Additionally, if you cancel a submitted refund request, that cancellation is permanent and cannot be reopened or reversed.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, eligible refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days and will reflect in your original payment method or bank account. The exact timeline depends on the processing cycles of third-party payment gateways and your bank.
7. Subscription Cancellation
For recurring subscription plans, you may cancel your renewal at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation stops future billing only and does not refund the current or past billing cycles. You can cancel via:
- Your online account management page, or
- Contacting our support team / raising a support ticket.
